We have to start by mentioning that our visit took place at the beginning of the camping season, so the campground was delightfully empty. It was a rainy night when we arrived, but that didn’t dampen our spirits one bit!

The next morning, the sun made its grand appearance, and we were greeted with a breathtaking view of the beautiful woodland landscape surrounding us. With a cup of hot coffee in hand, we set off on a leisurely walk, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of nature. It was the perfect way to start the day.

One thing we loved about Cranberry Run Campground was the pull-through sites. As RVers with a big rig, maneuvering in and out of campsites can sometimes be a challenge. However, these spacious pull-through sites made it a breeze for us. We didn’t have to worry about tight corners or difficult backing maneuvers – it was smooth sailing all the way.

Now, let’s talk about the campground itself. It’s quite a large space, and during our stay, we encountered many trailers and cars parked there. You see, Cranberry Run Campground offers the option for campers to leave their RVs and vehicles during the winter season.

Despite the rain and the quieter atmosphere due to the early camping season, we still managed to have a fantastic time at Cranberry Run Campground. The peacefulness and natural beauty of the surroundings were just what we needed to recharge and reconnect with nature.
